to describe our programs and
processes. After those
paragraphs you will find listed
our primary "Designated Medical
Provider" and our secondary
provider required by Colorado
state law adopted in January
2008.
OBJECTIVES
-
Provide a program of safety
consistent with the business
of temporary staffing. Ensure
that all employees are aware
of and agree to follow all
safety rules.

Create an attitude of safety
consciousness inn Management,
Supervisory personnel,
Coordinators, Salespeople, and
especially our Clients and
their Representative who
supervise our employees in the
workplace.

Provide a uniform policy of
safety management consistent
with OSHA policies,
requirements and
recommendations.

Provide assignments of
specific responsibilities for
effective control and
enforcement including visits
to new and existing client
sites and review safety
objectives with supervisors.
Create incentives for clients
with low loss records.

Provide a method to monitor
the success of the program and
to continually develop the
program to keep it effective.

quarterly to review
losses

- Visit appropriate
client sites with high
losses

CORPORATE POLICY
All employees will be given a
copy of the General Safety
Rules and Safety Policy upon
initial employment.
All employees must sign and
return the acknowledgement
form after they have been
given a chance to review the
General Safety Rules and
Safety Policy and ask any
questions they may have.
The General Safety Rules will
be reviewed quarterly by the
Safety Director to ensure they
are applicable and current.
Employees will be subject to
disciplinary action for
violations of safety rules.

In
the event of a
life-threatening emergency,
seek assistance by dialing
911.
For other job-related
injuries, injuries, injured
employers should be taken to
the closest Designated Medical
Provider. Excel Personnel's
Designated Medical Providers

Medicine and Concentra
Occupational Medicine.
Please notify an appropriate
client supervisor as soon as
possible of any accident or
injury.
