a temp-to-hire arrangement,
the client is charged an
hourly rate for the employee.
After he associate has worked
at the client company for 520
hours, we waive the conversion
fee. You then may choose to
convert the employee to your
payroll at no additional
charge.
In
a direct hire arrangement, we
locate the job candidate and
they are subsequently hired by
you. Our fees for this service
are oftentimes substantially
lower than those of other
recruiters.

If you need additional
information about an employee
prior to or during a survey,
we can provide the requested
information promptly.
