No. Applicants are never charged a fee at Excel Personnel..
When we receive a job order request from a client company, we check our list of applicants to match the skills with requirements.  If your skills match the client company's need, we will call you. If you accept the assignment, we will provide you with all the necessary information about the job. When the assignment has ended, you contact your office to be placed back on the available list.
No. Flexibility is one of the advantages of being our associate. However, when you accept an assignment, it is a requirement that you be on time and complete the assignment.
Excel assignments vary from hours to weeks or even months. In some cases, an assignment leads to a full time placement. When we make an assignment, we will provide you with the approximate length of time it will last. If you decide to accept an assignment, please ensure you are available for the full length of the assignment.
This depends on your availability and willingness to work, the quality of your work and the marketability of your skills. We make every attempt to keep our employees as busy as they wish to be. However, Excel does not guarantee any certain number of hours.
Your pay is based on the number of hours you work for us on an assignment, and your hours must be recorded on your time sheet. We pay on a weekly basis, and your work week ends on Sunday. At the completion of your week, or at the completion of your assignment, if less than a week, fax your completed and signed time sheet to our corporate office at 303-805-2400. Your time must be in by noon on Monday. You will be paid through direct deposit unless other arrangements have been made (in certain circumstances you may pick up your check or have it mailed to you).

For answers to any other questions you might have, please contact your Account Manager or Recruiter at your branch office.
